1. Definitions
An arrangement is when premises have been provided with or without catering, for example for a conference, or a group booking in an event venue. The customer is the person, legal or physical, who is liable for payment for the arrangement. 7A Sevena AB refers to 7A’s facilities, who will deliver the arrangement. The value of an order is the agreed price for the entire order or the sum of the ordered number of participants multiplied by the agreed price per participant per day, and the price for specially ordered services.
2. Order
Orders can be made verbally or in writing.
a) The customer has access to the premises during the time stated in the booking confirmation. If the customer has special requests regarding, for example, security arrangements, music/entertainment, or animals, this must be stated at the time of booking so that this is clearly shown in the confirmation.
b) 7A has the right to move the client’s arrangement to another equivalent venue. In these cases, the customer is not entitled to compensation. On the other hand, 7A shall reimburse the client if special costs arise due to moving to another venue or facility.
c) Ordering food must be made no later than 30 days before the event. When ordering a menu, one and the same menu applies to the entire party. For allergies, a customized menu is offered.
